What is Verdigris' data retention policy?

Verdigris data retention policy exists maximize customer value delivery while ensuring proper data management.

Verdigris Data Retention Policy

Verdigris energy data gateways collect and store the following data streams in the Verdigris cloud:

  • Energy

  • Power

  • Power Factor

  • THD

  • Current

  • Voltage

As long as the customer account is considered active by Verdigris, Verdigris will store:

  • 1 min data - up to 1 year prior to the last stored datapoint

  • 15 min data - up to 15 years prior to the last stored datapoint

  • 1 hour data - up to 15 years prior to the last stored datapoint

  • 1 day data - up to 15 years prior to the last stored datapoint

  • Current waveform and Voltage waveform - up to trailing 24 months

    • Max 100,000 waveform

  • Sag/Swell Capture waveform (available for EV2 Pro only) - up to trailing 15 years (180 months)

    • Can query a maximum of 500 events (32 cycles per event)

If a customer account status turns inactive, Verdigris reserves the right to permanently delete any and all cloud data for the inactive Customer. A 60-day grace period (”Retention Period”) will be provided to renew the contract or retrieve data prior to deletion. Once deleted, this data cannot be recovered.

Custom data retention settings can be made available. Please contact your Verdigris Account Executive or Customer Success Manager to submit a written request prior to the end of the Retention Period.
